Enquiry data is stored in a secure database hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure within a data centre subject to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, and we review and delete them periodically.
Cookies
When you submit an enquiry we set a single functional cookie so the website remembers you have been in touch and keeps the detailed content unlocked on your device. It contains no personal information and is not used for advertising or tracking. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels or third-party retargeting on this site.
Accessing or correcting your information
You have the right to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at admin@alpinesupplysolutions.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
